My purchased product has arrived damaged?

Answer:

We'll handle it.

 

If your artwork arrives damaged in any shape or form, email returns@phartgallery.com and we'll sort the problem out immediately. However, we do ask that you tell us within 7 days of the artwork's arrival, you must include a photo of the damage and we may ask you to return it (at our cost, of course).

Can I change my mind?

Answer:

Please take the time needed and choose carefully, unfortunately under Consumer Protection Law we are not obliged to accept return for 'change of mind' or if you order incorrectly. This is no different to any other retail store but by all means contact us if you have an issue, email returns@phartgallery.com

What are the expected delivery times?

Answer:

Delivery times will be 8-10 days express and 11-15 days standard.
