Warranties and Return Policy

For YOUR PROTECTION, all cameras and accessories are GUARANTEED purchased NEW from AUTHORISED Distributors in AUSTRALIA. All cameras and accessories supplied are covered by the standard manufacturer's Australian warranties (i.e. with Canon Australia, Sony Australia etc). This company definitely does NOT deal in ANY "grey market", "direct import" or so called "international versions" of goods. ALL cameras and accessories are sourced from authorised distribution channels with original Australian warranties.

Faulty products need to be returned to the registered supplier in AUSTRALIA for repair/replacement under warranty. Phone us on 1300 365 220 for instructions or contact the manufacturer directly. Note all returns on warranty are "return to base", i.e. are at the expense of the customer. 

NOTE: In case of a return under warranty claim, please keep the original camera box. For returns under warranty in the first 2 weeks, the camera may be required to be returned in the original box with ALL cables, software, instructions, memory card, chargers and battery etc.
